Meet Shyler
Through personal health struggles, including a diagnosis of Celiac Disease at the age of 20, Shyler Landry has eagerly pursued the study of nutrition to help herself and others. She slowly found healing after going gluten-free, cutting out processed foods, and adopting a more mindful way of living. After graduating from Southern Methodist University, Shyler became an RYT 500-hour certified yoga and fitness instructor and received her Master of Science in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University. She is available for individual nutrition consultations, along with cooking lessons, and grocery shopping excursions. Shyler Landry lives with her husband Trevor and dog Dobe in Dallas, TX. Her mission is to inspire you and give you the proper tools to achieve better health and the life you have always wanted.
